Morgan earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Washington. He got his start in investigations at the Pierce County Public Defender's Office in 1999.
In 2001, he moved into private practice and has successfully owned and operated his own investigations agency for over eight years. Morgan has facilitated and assisted with numerous political campaigns, has been a member of the Hilltop Optimist Club and volunteers with the Puyallup Recreation Center and YMCA.
Julie received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. She worked on her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice: Forensics at Seattle University and has also completed several technical certificates in criminal justice, fingerprint analysis and forensic science.
She has a broad range of knowledge working in the following fields: business operations, marketing, criminal justice and investigations. She has also served on the Pierce County Diversion Community Accountability Board.
